The Exported documents data source selects all generated documents, where each "row" contains information of a single exported document.
The list of generated documents is typically used to generate a "job ticket". For example, if you were to send several documents (in one merge project) to a commercial print shop using the print export method, at the end of the project a job ticket is generated that contains a list of the documents that were just printed. This job ticket can then be emailed to the print shop.
A Exported documents data source has the following settings:
The following fields are available for this type of data source:
True or false. Was the export a success (especially useful for email export).
The number of pages in the exported document.
The filename of the exported document.
The folder of the exported document.
The number of copies printed (only for print / fax export).
The name of the printer used (only for print / fax export).
The address the document was send to. (Only valid for web export).
The email server address (Only for email export).
The to address (Only for email export).
The cc address (Only for email export).
The bcc address (Only for email export).
The mail subject (Only for email export).
The mail body (text) (Only for email export).
